Shipping policy

SHIPPING

We ship daily Monday through Friday.  We are happy to combine shipping of multiple items. There is the option to enter special instruction when checking out.  If you need to add information or have questions on your shipment, you can contact us. We package all items carefully, so they arrive safely.  Items will be wrapped in bubble wrap. Items are place in the appropriate size box and shipped in a bubble envelope or box. You will be notified when your item ships with shipping information including the tracking number.  All orders with a value over $100 USD will ship insured.  If there are any issues with your shipment, please contact us within ten (10) days of shipment: contact us. 

DOMESTIC US SHIPPING

By default, we ship via USPS ADVANTAGE or PRIORITY unless you request expedited service.  We no longer ship USPS First Class as it is no longer offered by USPS (replaced by USPS Advantage).  Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and USPS shipping rates.
