Shipping

We ship Monday through Friday and are happy to combine multiple items into one shipment. You can add special instructions during checkout or contact us if you need to update your shipping details after placing your order.

Each item is wrapped in protective materials—bubble wrap, the right-sized box and or padded envelope to ensure it arrives safely. Orders over $100 USD are shipped insured at no extra cost. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

By default, we ship via USPS Advantage (formerly First Class Mail) or USPS Priority Mail. If you prefer expedited service, please let us know before placing your order. Shipping costs and estimated delivery date are calculated at checkout based on your location and current USPS rates.  

If there are any issues with your order upon arrival, please contact us within 10 days so we can assist you promptly.

Note, currently we do not offer international shipping.

Hassle-Free Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If it isn’t quite what you expected, we’ll work with you to make it right. To be eligible for a return, please read through the following information.

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method or store credit.

• Items must be in the same condition in which they were received, ideally in their original packaging.

• Please contact us before returning your item so we can provide instructions.

• Once received, we’ll inspect your return and notify you via email of approval or denial.

• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take up to 3 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

• Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
